Pacific Calm is a health club & spa located on the pacific west coast of the United States. It offers exercise classes, yoga, and spa services. It is not just a spa but a lifestyle that represents a way to express your feelings and reduce stress.
The client wanted to keep the logo simple yet stand out on its own so that in the future they could at it to clothing and other products
The Design
The target audience is mostly women that focus on reducing stress and helping them be a stronger version of themselves.
As they are also close to the ocean the client was open to using a logo that represented water, I used the concept of both waves and water currents combined to create the logo.
The colour palette I selected colours representative of water in blues and greens, using shades that would appear feminine. I also combined to make gradients colours.
